Short Story Competition (The winner)

By David

DMJ Imagery has sponsored this year’s Bird's Nest Books short story competition 2016 offering the first prize for the event. The competition was won by Gemma Wells with her story "The Last Moa". Congratulations to her and well done to everybody else who entered.
You can read Gemma's story now, here at the link below. I was able to award the first prize to Gemma at the Prose to Print workshop another Bird's Nest Books event, one to promote self-publishing for new authors in the Fenland area. This event was supported by the DMJ Imagery in which we also provided some of the online advertising, in the form of a video and also filmed a discussion panel with three local authors which will be available online at a later date.
A big thanks to Jane and Claire for their active support and promotion of DMJ Imagery throughout the advertising campaign for both the short story competition and the Prose to Print events.
